They are cast in chalk one swallow at a time at the artist's studio located in the Appalachian mountains of WNC.

She then enjoys writing and drawing on them as she sees fit--words, poems, numbers, letters, drawings-- each is different. No two are the same. Each is packaged with a card telling their story.
